Ingredients

Green whole moong flour (lentil flour). White rice flour

How to use:

Step 1: Mix 1cup of moong chilla mix with 1.5 cups of water to get a dosa batter consistency.
Step 2: Add salt to taste. Your moong chilla mix batter is now ready to use.
Step 3: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and lightly grease it with oil or ghee (clarified butter).
Ste[ 4: Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake-like chilla.
Step 5: Cook on medium heat until the chilla turns golden brown on one side, then flip it and cook the other side as well.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed to ensure even cooking.

Tips:

Serve hot moong chilla mix with a side of mint chutney, yogurt, or any other accompaniment of your choice.
